Traditional Woodfired Baking -A Visit To Wheatley Lane
Wheatley Lane Bakery is a micro-bakery in picturesque Candelo. James Mayhead bakes by hand three days a week using traditional recipes and methods honed while working in San Francisco and Australia.

As most of the baking happens during the night, this special visit is timed to best see how the bread is made, and the ingredients and effort required to come up with a truly terrific loaf. There might even be a bit of tasting!
